SENTENCE STEMS ... These little "springboards" provide a jumping off point to get you started writing ... what wants to be said? Let it flow!

WELLNESS TIPS ... How do you take care of yourself, holistically? What do you want for your physical, intellectual, emotional and spiritual health?

As you read these prompts, you are invited to be creative, spontaneous, serious, curious and everything in between!

Find your journal. Buy a new one. Grab a pen (or pencil), close your eyes, take a deep breath and know that for the next 5 minutes—or 60 minutes—you have the freedom to write!! Color! Draw! Collage!
